Clients, Systems and Finances

OUR CLIENTS

OUR FINANCES

As a Company we understand that the relationship with our clients is one of mutual benefit.  We encourage our staff to communicate openly and honestly with our clients.  Our view is distinctly long term.  Only in this manner can we convince our clients of the necessity of building a trusting relationship.

OUR SYSTEMS

Our various systems at Enviro Safe Cleaning Concepts have been designed in order to help the performance of our company and to help us to run our business effectively,  efficiently and economically.  Our control systems were implemented by our own auditors and are of a high standard that is critical to our success.

Adherence to the systems is of paramount importance.  Individuals and teams will be assessed on the extent to which they are able and willing to work in accordance with the systems.

We believe that efficiency can only be achieved by making people more professional rather than by cutting costs.
Not keeping to the systems is viewed in a very serious light and is discouraged. We have included numerous checks and balances to ensure our systems operate efficiently and effectively.

Our prime motivator is to make profit honestly.  In keeping with our policy of assumed responsibility, each individual takes on the responsibility of profit consciousness.  Profit consciousness increases profit.

We see Green profit consciousness as -

Maximising selling opportunities
Minimising wastage
Improving efficiency, effectiveness and economy (doing things smartly, right time and right price)
Improving service levels (in service quality and speed)
Meeting the needs of the environments -
Protecting the assets of the Company
Good housekeeping
Creating a pleasant and safe “green” work environment
Outstanding teamwork
Ensuring employment stability
Profit can be eroded by expenditure and wastage.  It is a team effort to control wastage. If expenditure and wastage is not controlled, the team has failed.
